COST OF SHIPPING


Shipping in United Kingdom is FREE or I can deliver it depends where you live, that can be arrange after purchase by contacting me at Jmagicalart@gmail.com

 

International shipping costs are subject to duty, taxes, and other fees depending on your country’s laws. You can also contact Jmagicalart@gmail.com for a shipping cost estimate if you would like to buy outside United Kingdom.

MY ARTWORK ARRIVED DAMAGED OR WAS NOT DELIVERED OR WAS LOST OR WAS STOLEN FROM MY DOORSTEP:
I am not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (courier, domestically or internationally), and I am not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. I work extremely hard to package each an every order with care in sturdy/heavy duty mailers and boxes so that it arrives undamaged. I suggest you handle your new artwork with care at all times. Remember that I do not run the post office or any couriers, and I have no control over the treatment of your package in transit. It’s just as much of a bummer for me to see damaged original painting(s), commission painting(s) as it is for you to receive them.

THIS IS HOW I TYPICALLY HANDLE SITUATIONS THAT FALL OUTSIDE OF MY CONTROL:


Damaged Painting: If your painting is damaged in transit I am happy to handle this on a case by case basis with individual collectors who are able to provide details and documentation of the damage. 


Not Delivered/Lost/Stolen: If your package is marked “Delivered” and yet is nowhere to be found on your doorstep, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you input the correct shipping address. This does happen occasionally, and it is not uncommon to have the package returned to me. If that is the case, I am more than happy to forward it to your correct address, though I ask that you pay for the additional shipping cost. If the address is correct and you believe your package to have been lost, stolen, or if you missed the delivery, you must contact the shipping service personally and immediately. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything I can do on my end, so I am unable to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly. If a package is unable to be delivered, and is returned to me, I am happy to reship, but ask that you pay for the additional shipping cost. I am unable to redone any order for free that has been not delivered, lost, or stolen.

The actual color and texture of my paintings may vary slightly depending upon lighting conditions in your home as well as the computer screen brightness when viewing online.

All prices are listed in GBP British pound sterling. Every order, commission, and sale is handled with extreme care. Please take the time to read descriptions carefully and the check colors on multiple screens if you are concerned about color variations.

All sales are final. Commission pieces cannot be canceled once begun.
